Missing Instrument

I am missing an instrument in my RockTrader PRO. What should I do?

ANSWER

Check if Show All Instruments is on:

If it is on, but the instrument is still missing, it might be that you do not have the most updated instrument files. To make sure you have the latest instrument list, you can do following:

If you still do not retrieve the instrument, please contact I.T. support to check that your account is set up for trading the instrument.

Access denied

QUESTION

I get error message Access to instrument is denied.

ANSWER

It is probably because you don't have the updated instrument list. In this case please refer to missing instrument list (see abow). It is also due because you are using the DEMO platform and not the live version.

Invalid Instrument

QUESTION

I get Invalid Instrument error message, when I want to trade a product.

ANSWER

This is most probably because your account is not set up to trade that instrument. Please contact I.T. Support at +350 200 40303 to check that your account is set up for trading the instrument.

Delayed or Real-time

QUESTION

Do I have a delayed or real-time access to a particular instrument?

ANSWER

You can check it on the price and trade module.

1. Add the instrument in question to your Prices and Trade panel.
2. Right-click on the instrument and click Settings > Choose columns.
3. Tick Delay and click OK.
4. The new column in the Prices and Trade window will show you the delay for every instrument (in minutes).
